Atto by Pininfarina is a boutique residential project located in Barra da Tijuca in Rio de Janeiro, designed in collaboration with Origem Incorporadora. Inspired by Rio’s natural landmarks like Sugarloaf Mountain and Copacabana’s coastline, Atto features fluid architectural lines inspired by the city’s iconic hills, and a facade with layered greenery. Atto integrates artisanal textures, local Brazilian materials, and panoramic ocean views to offer a luxurious, nature-forward living experience to the 20 exclusive residences. Each residence, ranging from approximately 450 m² to over 1100 m², opens directly onto breathtaking surrounding views.
Atto strikes a thoughtful balance between modern luxury and powerful natural elements through a design that integrates refined architectural innovation with the natural beauty of Rio de Janeiro. The step-like visuals found on the facade reflected the terraced hills of the surrounding mountains, a form that now emphasizes the fast-paced nature of the city. Wellness is integrated through the welcoming design, abundance of natural light, wellness-centered focused amenities, all complemented by breathtaking views. Atto represents far more than a new residential development, but acts as a sculptural homage to the legacy of Rio.
