Focused on oenology, the complex consists of two main buildings: a Hotel and a Theme Park. The Hotel features staggered volumes, with horizontal bars arranged in four blocks, while the Park follows the logic of a circular volume. The inner square of the Park will have a large water mirror, and a smaller circular volume will function as a Wine Cellar. Below the square, there are main entrances, parking lots, service areas, a museum, and a wine university. The circular building’s roof is a large suspended garden covering over 7,000m².
