The project is about a temporary cloth pavilion. Which is designed to serve multiple purposes. Exhibitions, workshops, meeting place or a quiet spot to just unwind. The materials used are cloth on metal arches which makes the pavilion stay in one place for just a few days. The images represent different scenarios in which the pavilion can be placed.
The main inspiration was to showcase the dying Bulgarian crafts – working with metal (welding), wood carving, fire dancing, pottery and others. A pavilion seemed like the perfect idea. Movable and freestanding. But also temporary to show us how impermanent things in life can be.
