JHA Corporate is a boutique office building that organizes flexible workspaces across 8 floors, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and interspersed balconies that generate varied volumetric projections along the façade. On the ground level, V-shaped structural pillars act as transitional elements, enhancing transparency and visual permeability. A porte-cochère provides access to a landscaped courtyard planted with native species, centered around a communal square. The building has achieved LEED® Gold certification, recognizing its commitment to environmental performance, user well-being, urban integration, and sustainability.
JHA Corporate Boutique reimagines the corporate building as a permeable, human-scale space that merges productivity with quality of life. Alternating terraces and horizontal lines give the façade a dynamic rhythm and establish a visual dialogue with the pedestrian scale. On the ground floor, V-shaped pillars and a central garden reinforce openness and invite interaction. The project embraces noble materials, native landscaping and contemporary transparency to foster meaningful connections, between people, workspaces and the city itself.
