Manhã is a residential building that explores the intersection of Brazilian identity, contemporary essentialism, and human-centered architecture. It redefines vertical living through light, nature, and permanence. The interior design was developed by Studio Arthur Casas and conceived in parallel with the building’s architectural concept, where the landscaping and common areas are the building’s defining highlights.
The spaces reflect the essence of the project’s name, “morning” in Portuguese, evoking clarity, calm, and light. Rather than overwhelming the senses, the design invites stillness. Organic textures, natural light, and sculptural furnishings create environments where every element is intentional. Stone, wood, and neutral tones emphasize the warmth of Brazilian design while embracing a global aesthetic.
Common areas such as the spa, pools, lounges, and coworking space are furnished with iconic pieces by some of Brazil’s most influential designers, including Sergio Rodrigues, Jorge Zalszupin, Zanine Caldas and Lina Bo Bardi. This careful curation offers not only comfort and functionality but also cultural depth, connecting residents to the country’s rich design heritage.
Each residence features full-floor layouts with wide, open interiors and panoramic views of the lush central garden. The building’s gentle angle welcomes the morning light into every unit, enhancing daily life with subtle rituals of space and time. Smart home features, acoustic treatments, and sophisticated lighting systems blend seamlessly with handcrafted details and honest materials.
Just as the architecture was designed to age beautifully, the interiors are made to grow more meaningful over time, a celebration of Brazilian modern living through the lens of timeless design.
