The project is a fully 3D-modeled conceptual skyscraper designed and visualized by HISM Studio using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. The structure consists of a vertical composition of offset volumes with mixed-use functions. We focused on material richness and lighting to enhance the interplay between transparent and solid surfaces, highlighting the building’s rhythm and integration into the dense urban context of Manhattan. The final visuals were crafted in ultra-high resolution, optimized for digital platforms and print.
Modern life is a delicate balancing act — between speed and stillness, work and rest, individuality and community. New York Skyscraper captures this essence through its bold yet refined architectural composition. Each volume appears to hover or balance on the next, creating a striking visual rhythm and a sense of dynamic tension.
The design plays with proportion and asymmetry to reflect the fragmented, layered nature of contemporary urban life. Yet despite its complexity, the tower maintains a feeling of calm and order — much like the balance we all seek in the chaos of the city.
This project is not just a conceptual skyscraper; it’s a metaphor in glass and steel — a physical structure that expresses the invisible architecture of modern existence.
