The NŌ architects studio, founded by Pedro Terrades and Rafael Martínez in Valencia, is the realization of a shared dream: an architectural vision refined through a creative workshop of architecture and landscape. Their manifesto expresses a reflective, honest, and poetic approach, aiming to stir both emotion and thought in those who inhabit the architectural spaces they design.
Inspired by the liturgy of the concept “NŌ” of Japanese origin, whose approach to the dramatic act is approached in a broad way and transversal to the artistic disciplines and whose ultimate purpose is the systematic search for the beauty and essentiality of the narrative act. A way of seeing and understanding architecture that aims to intertwine spaces and places, contexts and stories, creating scenarios for life.
