The resort is organized into functional zones based on terrain features and client objectives. A central pier serves as the main compositional axis, connecting recreational and residential spaces. The project emphasizes minimal landscape impact, integration with nature, and a unified design code. It includes compact glamping units of four types, strategically positioned for privacy and views, recreational infrastructure—spa, restaurant, bath complex, and sports ground—is harmoniously embedded in the terrain. Thoughtful engineering ensures functionality while preserving the site’s natural integrity.
At the heart of the concept is the balance between man and nature, expressed in architecture, landscape, and atmosphere. The masterplan leverages natural relief and sensory impact—silence, scent, materiality, and views—to create a holistic experience. Visitors engage with the environment through water rituals, outdoor pools, and terraces overlooking the Istra reservoir. The program includes a residence cluster, boathouses, hotel with conference facilities and a children’s area, glamping zones, rope park, gazebos, and fire pits. Architectural solutions foster balance between comfort and wilderness, ensuring that all infrastructure—from entrance group to cabanas—remains visually cohesive and context-sensitive.
