SHORTLIST UNBUILT & CONCEPTS | Houses

Project Description

The main house, with an area of 630 m², includes spacious areas for communal living — a living room, kitchen, and dining area, three separate bedrooms, a library, a home theater, a massage room, and utility spaces such as a laundry room, technical kitchen, and storage. To create a unified, warm palette, we used light ceramic granite and natural wood, which emphasizes tactility and tranquility. The house’s facades are finished with wooden slatted panels that change rhythm depending on the viewing angle, adding dynamism to the architecture.

Project Concept

Skyline House is a project where architecture organically merges with its environment. Three independent, yet organically connected buildings: the main house, a guest house, and a separate guardhouse. This approach allows for an optimal balance between privacy and space functionality. The use of natural materials, restrained forms, and a well-thought-out landscape design not only preserves the natural rhythm but enhances it. The architecture of each structure has become an integral part of the landscape, maintaining its autonomy, yet embodying a unified concept.
