It is a mixed-use project featuring a culinary school, green market, and housing as its three main programmatic drivers.
The main concept behind the project is to ‘zip’ the two sides divided by the Meridiana street in Barcelona. The project utilizes the site’s location and topography to create a ‘sunken’ and ‘risen’ structure, thereby freeing up the ground level for an open plaza —an extension of Meridiana.
