A transformative coastal project redefining the threshold between city, culture, and sea. At a key junction in Vlore, it connects the historic core, Soda Forest, marina, and Lungomare promenade. Inspired by Albanian nukli villages, low-rise clusters and a central promenade create a walkable, community-focused fabric. Native materials blend with contemporary design. Three towers rise within, enhancing views and diversity—shaping a vibrant, rooted, and future-facing coastal community.
The project is inspired by Vlore’s historic urban fabric and the layout of traditional Albanian nukli villages, reimagined as human-scaled, interconnected clusters. It draws from the city’s cultural and natural context—linking the historic core, marina, and forests—while blending vernacular materials and forms with a contemporary, community-focused vision.
